They scheduled my appointment incredibly quickly and were very accommodating, especially for those in a hurry.The photographer was absolutely wonderful—professional, friendly, and made me feel completely at ease during the session. He even assisted me with a video I needed to create, which was a huge help. When I received the photos, I was genuinely impressed—I looked better than I usually do in pictures!The post-production service was also extremely fast, which was crucial for my urgent needs. Had a great experience with PR and his team! They provided a rushed service and delivered the photos within the same day. The photographer made me feel comfortable during the shoot, which resulted in quite a few great shots. He offered helpful advice on posing—it was clear he’s been doing this for a while and has a solid system in place. Alon was quick with editing and promptly sent back the final options. I needed professional photos super quickly and I was able to book, go in, have the headshots taken, receive all my options for selection, select a handful, and receive final edited versions within a matter of a few days (and I'm sure they could have done quicker if I asked, but I wasn't in a rush). I was originally going to take my own headshot photos, but decided to splurge on a session with a professional photographer. The rates were reasonable and the photographer was able to accomodate me with a couple of day's notice.When I got to the location, I was surprised to find that it was in a hotel, but the company had given me clear instructions on how to get to their studio and the hotel security staff were also aware of the photographer's studio and were able to confirm the directions.Once I got there, I was allowed some time in the bathroom to freshen up (it had been raining.) Then, the photographer, Arpi, gave me clear instructions on how the session would go and, throughout the session, he listened to my requests and gave feedback on posing to ensure that I would get the best possible photos.There is a small delay in getting your photos to allow for touch-up editing to happen. You will receive a collection of potential photos, then choose the final ones from there, which will receive additional touch-ups and have the watermark removed.I was told that it can take 1-2 days to get the initial photos, then, after you select your final proofs, another day or so to get the final ones. I was in a hurry, so I paid for expedited processing and I received my initial photos the next day. I responded immediately picking the ones for which I wanted proofs and received the final proofs that afternoon (the day after the photoshoot.)Overall, I am glad I chose to get my photos taken here and I would recommend the studio to other people who are looking for efficient, affordable professional headshots.

Customer service is horrible. Somehow i was signed up for "sales navigator " and charged 200$ for that membership. I am a nurse and have no idea how i was signed up for this. Terrible time trying to contact customer service, and despite multiple attempts, they refuse to give my unauthorized money back. Incredibly happy with Linkedin Headshots, from start to finish!Here is why this should be your go-to place for headshots:- Fast booking: I filled out the form on the website, and received an email within the hour telling me whether my preferred time was available or not, and providing a ton of other options. Doris was very responsive, she confirmed my date/time right away and checked in to make sure I didn't have any issues with the payment and provided clear directions to the studio.- You pay only a deposit when booking, and the rest after the session, which I really appreciated.- When I arrived for my session, Alon was ready to go. He was nice and chatty, and made me feel at ease. I also appreciated that he double checked what firm I work for, to see if my headshots could be paid by the firm directly.- The session took about 15-20 minutes, including a water break. He took a total of 67 photos in different poses and with different expressions.- As my session was on a Friday, I received the link to the pictures the following Monday and was able to review the 67 shots and pick the two finals, as included in the package I purchased.- Once I picked them, I received the two edited finals in less than 24 hours. I was able to download them in high quality directly on my computer, and could not be happier with the result.Absolutely recommended!

If you are wondering why this differs from the MANY positive reviews, it's because after you pay and get your photos, they offer you two more finished photos if you leave a review. You have to leave the review first before you get the extra photos, so... you can imagine how that inflates their rating.As to my two-star review, it's for two primary reasons:- First, the night before my scheduled appointment, they called and emailed me asking to change it to later in the day or another day entirely. Considering all the work that goes into getting photos done (outfit, hair, time off work, etc.) that was really inconvenient. I told them I couldn't and they said they would "try to make it work." I never heard back from them so I just showed up. The guy was there, so they did make it work, but the last-minute change request was annoying and unprofessional.- Second, and more importantly, many (maybe most?) of my pictures were unusable because of flaws that the photographer should have noticed. In some my tie was not straight, in others my hands looked awkward, in a few my jacket was all bunched up. These are little things, for sure, but things that could have and certainly should have been fixed by the photographer. That's the whole point of doing this professionally, right? Yes, I booked the cheapest and quickest package, but still, it cost almost $100 for just 10 minutes of their time.I emailed them to let them know my frustration and to try to solve it without posting it publicly. They promised to discuss it with the team and get back to me but they stopped responding so here I am.Bottom line: Good price and friendly photographer. But, I walked away unsatisfied and ultimately wouldn't recommend this company to someone else. And, again, most of the reviews on here are basically the result of a bribe for extra photos, so, keep that in mind.

He was very patient and I really liked his process of taking pictures with different faces. He allowed me to switch jackets quickly to build up my options. And LinkedIn Headshots NYC didn't disappoint!For a small fee, the photographer was able to meet at a location of my choosing in Manhattan and was very professional in the delivery. He directed me on how and where to stand, pose ideas, and also encouraged me to select more locations in immediate area for photos. I have already recommended LinkedIn Headshot in NYC to my friends from B-school. It is very conveniently located, easy to make an appointment, and the equipment and lighting are very professional. RP and my photographer for the session (whose name is escaping me now, but she was wonderful!) were ready and waiting when I arrived, told me a bit about the session, and offered suggestions on what to wear. She (photographer) gave great instructions throughout and made me feel comfortable in different poses. I was even offered a bottle of water - a nice touch on a hot day :)Turnaround time was perfect. I added rush processing, needing the photos in less than two days. Shoot was in the afternoon, got the proofs that night, then my selected finals the next morning. I had an outstanding experience with LinkedIn Headshots NYC. My photographer RP made the time from the moment I stepped into his studio to when I stepped out a delightful experience. He was very professional but also very open, which brought out the best emotion from me — and it shows in the pictures.Being able to create a comfortable space to bring out the best in his subjects is only half of the equation necessary to produce great pictures you'll love; the other half is his great camera work and direction for posture, pose, and smile. We moving through multiple configurations bringing it chairs, tables, leg stands to get a variety of different poses to choose from later. Throughout all this we were engaged in entertaining conversation which made the actual photographing feel like background to the foreground that was our exchange. He was not distracted throughout all this however.There was swift turnaround from taking the pictures to getting a wide selection of drafts for me to select from. As someone with darker skin, I was very happy with how the lighting was able to bring out my features. There were also more than 15 pictures from the batch that I would have graciously chosen — rather abundance than scarcity.The final collection after some touch ups looks very good! I don't take many pictures, so I was a bit nervous, but from the time I walked in, his warm personality made me feel at ease which also brought that out in me in the pictures. I felt that he wanted to try as many different poses as we could, to give me as many options that I could go through to pick the ones that I liked and was comfortable with, which I greatly appreciate. I highly recommend you get your professional pictures taken with RP! I usually have stiff face on photos when taken by others but I am very happy with the outcome I received! Great experience with Linkedin Headshots NYC! RP makes you feel very comfortable and helps you get a wide array of shots. I personally don't like taking photos of myself because I just don't know what to do, but RP came through and was directing me on how to stand, smile, etc. He kept joking around with me so that I would loosen up and it worked!The photo quality and turnaround time was fantastic! RP was recommended by a co-worker and he did not disappoint. This is by far the best value in NYC and RP is a pleasure to work with.I'd highly recommend for your personal pictures or for your corporate company photos!

I'm usually not the most comfortable with taking professional photos, but RP made me feel much more relaxed and was extremely accommodating. He was really friendly and very focused on putting all of his efforts into making the most out of my short session. The headshots were ready after less than one day on top of that. This is probably one of the best you’ll get. They were extremely responsive, had a great experience; was told how to pose, the photographer figured out the best lighting for my apartment, told me how to place hands, etc. the picture turnaround was extremely fast. The pictures came out so great. It is WELL WORTH the $. Highly highly recommend!!!

In general, I am uncomfortable when it comes to "posed" photos so I was already wary about the results walking into the session. However, RP did a great job getting me out of my own head and feeling more relaxed in front of the camera through a variety of stances / poses. The photos turned out great. Highly recommended!

Secondly, through the photo shoot process he will coach, and talk you through the entire session. I loved the images he produced. RP is a top notch photographer that knows how to captures the fine moments you need or want in a photo. There is nothing more satisfying than to know you are going to walk away with not just a great experience but knowing with confidence that your pictures are going come out great. I use to hate taking photos because I knew that other photographers did not care how it came out and all the pressure was on you to make that smile or pose look good. All theses fears I had for my photo shoot with RP went out the window. RP knows how to work you through various pose, he values you and talks to you, and he does is best professionally to make the experience fun. I’ve never done this style of photography before but I have to be honest, RP made it so natural, that he has set the bar so high that I personally do not want to go to anyone else. I plan to come back and see him in a year for another photo shoot. Oh, and the photo editing was beyond beautiful.
