I did the 10 minute session and they took lots of photos, it was very efficient. There was variety in posing, lighting and types of smiles (small, medium and big) which helps ensure some good results. I happened to not like how my smaller smile looked which was always paired with the same lighting, so be sure to mention that you want variety in which lighting goes with which smile. There were also a few instances where I needed to fix my shirt and the photographer did not mention anything. The team was very responsive overall to questions and this is a very seamless process.

After you pay and get your photos, they offer you two more finished photos if you leave a review.

You have to leave the review first before you get the extra photos, so... All of the reviews are fake.

I emailed them to let them know my frustration and to try to solve it without posting it publicly. They promised to discuss it with the team and get back to me but they stopped responding so here I am.

I walked away unsatisfied and ultimately wouldn't recommend this company to someone else. And, again, most of the reviews on here are basically the result of a bribe for extra photos, so, keep that in mind.

This year, I decided to gift myself a large package because I was so thrilled with the results. They offer a wide variety of photos to choose from, as the photographer guides you through multiple poses and angles to get the best shots. I was originally going to take my own headshot photos, but decided to splurge on a session with a professional photographer. The rates were reasonable and the photographer was able to accomodate me with a couple of day's notice.

When I got to the location, I was surprised to find that it was in a hotel, but the company had given me clear instructions on how to get to their studio and the hotel security staff were also aware of the photographer's studio and were able to confirm the directions.

Once I got there, I was allowed some time in the bathroom to freshen up (it had been raining.) Then, the photographer, Arpi, gave me clear instructions on how the session would go and, throughout the session, he listened to my requests and gave feedback on posing to ensure that I would get the best possible photos.

There is a small delay in getting your photos to allow for touch-up editing to happen. You will receive a collection of potential photos, then choose the final ones from there, which will receive additional touch-ups and have the watermark removed.

I was told that it can take 1-2 days to get the initial photos, then, after you select your final proofs, another day or so to get the final ones. I was in a hurry, so I paid for expedited processing and I received my initial photos the next day. I responded immediately picking the ones for which I wanted proofs and received the final proofs that afternoon (the day after the photoshoot.)

Overall, I am glad I chose to get my photos taken here and I would recommend the studio to other people who are looking for efficient, affordable professional headshots.

Incredibly happy with Linkedin Headshots, from start to finish!

Here is why this should be your go-to place for headshots:
- Fast booking: I filled out the form on the website, and received an email within the hour telling me whether my preferred time was available or not, and providing a ton of other options. Doris was very responsive, she confirmed my date/time right away and checked in to make sure I didn't have any issues with the payment and provided clear directions to the studio.
- You pay only a deposit when booking, and the rest after the session, which I really appreciated.
- When I arrived for my session, Alon was ready to go. He was nice and chatty, and made me feel at ease. I also appreciated that he double checked what firm I work for, to see if my headshots could be paid by the firm directly.
- The session took about 15-20 minutes, including a water break. He took a total of 67 photos in different poses and with different expressions.
- As my session was on a Friday, I received the link to the pictures the following Monday and was able to review the 67 shots and pick the two finals, as included in the package I purchased.
- Once I picked them, I received the two edited finals in less than 24 hours. I was able to download them in high quality directly on my computer, and could not be happier with the result.

If you are wondering why this differs from the MANY positive reviews, it's because after you pay and get your photos, they offer you two more finished photos if you leave a review. You have to leave the review first before you get the extra photos, so... you can imagine how that inflates their rating.

As to my two-star review, it's for two primary reasons:
- First, the night before my scheduled appointment, they called and emailed me asking to change it to later in the day or another day entirely. Considering all the work that goes into getting photos done (outfit, hair, time off work, etc.) that was really inconvenient. I told them I couldn't and they said they would "try to make it work." I never heard back from them so I just showed up. The guy was there, so they did make it work, but the last-minute change request was annoying and unprofessional.
- Second, and more importantly, many (maybe most?) of my pictures were unusable because of flaws that the photographer should have noticed. In some my tie was not straight, in others my hands looked awkward, in a few my jacket was all bunched up. These are little things, for sure, but things that could have and certainly should have been fixed by the photographer. That's the whole point of doing this professionally, right? Yes, I booked the cheapest and quickest package, but still, it cost almost $100 for just 10 minutes of their time.

I emailed them to let them know my frustration and to try to solve it without posting it publicly. They promised to discuss it with the team and get back to me but they stopped responding so here I am.

Bottom line: Good price and friendly photographer. But, I walked away unsatisfied and ultimately wouldn't recommend this company to someone else. And, again, most of the reviews on here are basically the result of a bribe for extra photos, so, keep that in mind.

The entire process was very straightforward, the photographer was east to easy to work with and provided a lot of options, and the photos turned out even better than I expected. I highly recommended!

The session moves very fast, so my only recommendation is to ask for pauses to look in the mirror if you plan on doing different things with your hair or outfit. I had a stray strand of hair that couldn’t be edited out which made some of my photos unusable.

But the photographer was quite patient with me, letting me rest and feel good before the shoot (he gave me some candy as well to get some energy). The photographs were also excellent. I received a message back within 30 mins with appointment times offered for same day. I reached the studio within a couple hours as met RP who explained the process. To make the appointment was easy and quick, I booked within a couple of days. On the actual day I couldn't have felt more comfortable, it's like a private studio and Agata (the photographer) was so sweet, she made sure to help me with poses, turned on music so I would losen up a little more, and she really took her time!
On the camera I could already see it's going to be great.
After a couple days I got all my photos to select from Zarah via email and it was so hard to pick because I loved every single one of them. After final selection I waited not even a day and got my end results.
Communication was flawless!!

I had done some scouting to find an outlet that specializes in LinkedIn headshots. And LinkedIn Headshots NYC didn't disappoint!

For a small fee, the photographer was able to meet at a location of my choosing in Manhattan and was very professional in the delivery. He directed me on how and where to stand, pose ideas, and also encouraged me to select more locations in immediate area for photos. The service was quick, but not rushed.

The photos came out very well, and after selecting the ones I liked most, the final versions were delivered within a handful of business hours.

Overall, I would use the service again and no problem recommending them for anyone looking for a quality LinkedIn headshot.

Great combination of efficiency, price, and professionalism. RP and my photographer for the session (whose name is escaping me now, but she was wonderful!) were ready and waiting when I arrived, told me a bit about the session, and offered suggestions on what to wear. She (photographer) gave great instructions throughout and made me feel comfortable in different poses. I was even offered a bottle of water - a nice touch on a hot day :)
Turnaround time was perfect. I added rush processing, needing the photos in less than two days. Shoot was in the afternoon, got the proofs that night, then my selected finals the next morning. Considering the wild prices of many other places, this was an amazing option for the simple headshots I needed.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience with RP during the whole headshot session. We came in at the same time and watched each other's sesh and it was so much fun! RP was great! He was able to accommodate me and schedule a morning 08:30 AM session on a Friday. I told him I would like two sets of photos (one with my white coat on, and the other with a suit blazer), and he was able to work with me without any issues. He is also a great talker and we had a deep conversation on life and its many challenges. I really felt comfortable with him and trusted him. His directions were very clear and precise. Great experience getting my photo taken and then getting the photos back! I started a new job and they wanted me to take professional photos for their website. I've never done that before and looked up a reasonably priced photo session, and found LinkedIn Headshots NYC. It was scheduled right away, I got directions about what the photo sessions would be like the day of, and when I got there, Terry (the photographer) was so lovely, and funny, and professional. He explained the poses he would ask me to do, the different lighting he would capture with each pose, and he just made me feel at ease with everything.

Great experience with Linkedin Headshots NYC and RP. Response was very quick (request sent at night and received response first thing next morning), and instructions on the location and check in process was detailed which was very helpful.

I signed up for the 10min session due to time constraints and was worried on any delays/going overtime, however the shoot began on time, and was very quick and smooth. RP gave clear instructions and advice on the posing and angles, and I was able to have a very fun time! Also final photos came in the next day for selection.

I had an outstanding experience with LinkedIn Headshots NYC. My photographer RP made the time from the moment I stepped into his studio to when I stepped out a delightful experience. He was very professional but also very open, which brought out the best emotion from me — and it shows in the pictures.

Being able to create a comfortable space to bring out the best in his subjects is only half of the equation necessary to produce great pictures you'll love; the other half is his great camera work and direction for posture, pose, and smile. We moving through multiple configurations bringing it chairs, tables, leg stands to get a variety of different poses to choose from later. Throughout all this we were engaged in entertaining conversation which made the actual photographing feel like background to the foreground that was our exchange. He was not distracted throughout all this however.

There was swift turnaround from taking the pictures to getting a wide selection of drafts for me to select from. As someone with darker skin, I was very happy with how the lighting was able to bring out my features. There were also more than 15 pictures from the batch that I would have graciously chosen — rather abundance than scarcity.

The final collection after some touch ups looks very good! Competitive pricing AND quality of results and customer experience? It's a no brainer

RP is a top notch photographer that knows how to captures the fine moments you need or want in a photo. There is nothing more satisfying than to know you are going to walk away with not just a great experience but knowing with confidence that your pictures are going come out great. I use to hate taking photos because I knew that other photographers did not care how it came out and all the pressure was on you to make that smile or pose look good. All theses fears I had for my photo shoot with RP went out the window. RP knows how to work you through various pose, he values you and talks to you, and he does is best professionally to make the experience fun. Exactly what you should get from a photographer. RP was very attentive, responsive and professional throughout the process. He really knows how to get you comfortable and smiling for the camera. I am not the most photogenic person but I am very happy with the results.

RP, he knows how to interact with a model comfortably. I had an amazing experience while photograph moments with him! the result he gave me was so fabulous and fantastic (also creative!!) that I had a difficult time to choose the best pictures from the best group. Had to share on the group chat with my family and friends in order to get help.!!(They were so happy from the result! haha). I would want to take another session with him soon! Thank you RP!! Quick, easy and painless. I'm not a person who is very fluid in front of a camera but RP was able to give me direction in terms of posing, where to look, where my best angles were, etc. and the results were great! He was also very responsive to emails and scheduling. Would totally recommend him as a photographer.
